Barbacoa opened on Spruce Street in Cedarhurst in September 2022 with a simple idea: give the Five Towns a gourmet version of the American comfort classic.
The focus is the burger — a world-class, perfectly juicy one. Everything else, from the smoked meats to the steaks and the pizzas, is held to the same standard.

Smoke & fire
Smoked brisket, smoked chicken, short rib and a bone-in rib steak with chermoula and chimichurri. Flavor built slowly.

We pay our service team a competitive living wage, so tipping is never required or expected. Good service shouldn’t depend on it.
